After their debut single 'Magic' which was released last June, this is the second song we heard from Icelandia. Paper Suns has appeared suddenly on their SoundCloud stream this week, and we loved it with its shinny vocals and catchy synth line.

Modest Mouse - Lampshades On Fire (Live)

Modest Mouse is an American based indie rock band formed in 1993 and the group have welcomed several musicians since then. Now the current members are Isaac Brock – lead vocals, guitars (since1993), Jeremiah Green – drums, percussion (with a short break almost since 1993), andTom Peloso – guitars, upright bass, keyboards, fiddle, horns (since 2004)
After their last studio album,"We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank" , which was released 7 years ago, they have just announced a new album for March 2015.

The name of the album has already been listed on wikipedia as Strangers To Ourselves! "Lampshades on Fire" is the first single released by the band recently, and it is just like the Modest Mouse we know! It maintains a lot of the band's core sounds.

Anyway Modest Mouse is Modest Mouse and this song is really enjoyable!

Little Deed - Storm In My Cub

"What began as an acoustic bedroom project has become a full-bodied craft of its own for Sydney-based artist Little Deed. After years of delving into guitar-driven indie folk, Little Deed has found comfort in exploring the union between the chaos of industrial electronic sounds and lush, acoustic instrumentation." This is the bio of Little Deed.

We first heard Hannah Reid, Little Deed, about four months ago with her first single, “NEON“. Now, Little Deed is back alongside a phenomenal new single, “STORM IN MY CUP”.

“STORM IN MY CUP” will be the one of Little Deed’s upcoming four-track EP, so we are waiting for the remaining!

Empire Of The Sun - Wandering Star

A new soundtrack by Empire Of The Sun for Dumb and Dumber. May it be the only good thing likely to come out of the movie?

Enjoy!

Neil Young - Heart Of Gold Colostrum Cover

"Heart Of Gold" was Neil Young' s 40 years old song which released on his fourth studio album, Harvest. And now we are listening a very odd cover of it by Colostrum, a kind of mysterious Austrian artist. The song has very enchanting electro pop synts. Actually, it has also a dub version, but surely we prefer this one!

JOELPETER - Chase You Down

Joel Peter is From UK and he received recognition by BBC6 presenter Tom Robinson as a 'true pop song writer' when his debut single Wrap My Ankles was featured as one of his singles of the week, last year. Chase You Down is his new release, we thought that it may perfectly suit our shinny Saturday!

Alma Elste - Heart Melter

Alma Elste is a 22 years old Parisian singer, and Heart Melter is her new soulful pop electronica song. Alma's voice that captivates you from the first moment with the track's softly affecting splash of electro-tinged pop synths.

Enjoy the new week!

STROMAE - MELTDOWN (Feat. Lorde, Pusha T, Q-Tip & HAIM)

Maybe it is weird to listen such a song featuring Pusha T, Lorde, Q-Tip, and HAIM together, but it is more weird that i've really loved it! Meltdown is a soundtrack from Hunger Games, and it is more likely to become the ONE with this amazing cast.

The song was actually released as an instrumental track called "Merci" by Stromae in 2013. Luckly, i got the chance to listen it live in Glastonbury 2014, but i need admit that, i would never thought it will be one of my favorite songs! Thanks Lorde!

Enjoy!

PEARLS - Big Shot

Pearls is a Melbourne based glam-pop trio, and Big Shot is the first single of their forthcoming album!

The KickDrums - Breathe Again

Alex Fitts, now The KickDrums is a singer and also a producer living in Brooklyn, New York.

I heard KickDrums for the first time in a longboarding video in the beginning of this year, and that song, Brave Radar has became one of my favorite songs!
Therefore The KickDrums is very special for me, and i need to admit that i won't be objective about their new releases.
But still Breathe Again deserves appreciation without any doubt i guess.

Enjoy!

Girl Friend - Chemical Reaction

Girl Friend is another UK based indie pop group, and Chemical Reaction is a very catchy track from their latest EP,Everyone Wants To Be Wanted, with its lyrics and vocals.

Enjoy!

Fantastic Fantastic - The Night

Their new song, The Night, has just released!

Golden Coast - Who We Are

A new synthy track by Golden Cast, Who We Are!

'Golden Coast's debut release conjures up its California namesake with danceable drums, sunny synths, verby guitars and just enough rasp in the falsetto to offset the levity. The duo made the trek from the mountains of Colorado and the San Jacinto desert to Los Angeles nearly a decade ago, met in college while producing and writing for various artists before finally deciding to team up and release a project of their own. Golden Coast combines the best of both their skill-sets: a mixture of electronic and organic instruments, tight production, and sanguine themes set to no shortage of instantly hooky melodies.' see more from http://www.wearegoldencoast.com/about/

Penguin Prison - Calling Out

Her is Penguin Prison's new single "Calling Out".

This new single seems to follow a slightly similar vibe with RAC's track 'Hollywood' which they voiced, but we' ve definetely liked it!

AVIVAA - CRYSTALEYES

AViVAA are Sydney based indie-electronic duo, Aviva Payne and Matais Coulter. Crystaleyes is their new single and it is wonderfully seductive which sees them shifting their grounded minimalist style to all new levels. Ethnic sounds are combining with electronic synths very well, and the result is a very lovely song.
Enjoy!
